The Boys are back in Town
We’re back! Michael Carlyle and I safely returned in one piece from the mother of all roadies. Last week we headed out to Las Vegas, NV for the Mountain West Conference Tournament. Needless to say it was a great time and experience. Many Lobo fans were there howling and having a good time despite the men’s first round exit, which was tough ,and representative of a season which was difficult and is thankfully over. Better luck next year guys. As for the Lady Lobos they had a nice run and fell short in the championship game, but certainly they can be proud of what they accomplished this season. Lady Lobos are still alive for some postseason play, as they will take on North Dakota at The Johnson Center in the 16-teamed WBI Tournament. It’s no NIT and definitely no NCAA, but we’ll take what we can get I suppose. On that note good luck to Yvonne Sanchez and to the Lady Lobos!
