Aw to be 21
At this moment I would like to extend to the staff, sales team and all of the on air talent of 610 KNML The Sports Animal a very Happy 21st Birthday! I would also like to invite each and every one of you to join us this Friday Aug. 7 at the County Line https://www.facebook.com/events/865723680149405/ to celebrate this great achievement. There will be great food and drink specials, prizes, and Michael Carlyle and I will be broadcasting the Sports Bar starting at 3pm and we will have several special guests. It will also be a great time to celebrate 21 years of the best radio station on the planet, and also catch up with fellow listeners and talk smack, have fun and reminisce. Wow 21 years, let’s see in that time I have been a garbage man, a warehouse man, a truck driver, I worked for a television station and a whole bunch of other things, all the while listening to the station the whole 21 years. I could tell you all the local shows and on air talent that have graced our airwaves, as well as all the national shows and affiliates we have been a part of. Lots of history. Let’s not forget I did a late night show weekly for four years till I got my opportunity to co-host The Sports Bar a little over a year ago. Whew! 21 years, let’s kill it! I’ll be there for the 31st Birthday Bash as well, Happy Birthday!
