Seahawks, Patriots… Katy Perry
The stage has been set. On February 1st, 4:30 pm MDT, University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale Arizona, Super Bowl XLIX will take place. Another great season comes to an end and the NFL delivers to us the two best teams that go into combat in one of the most viewed events in the world. Just a few days out of both championship games and I find myself flip flopping as to who I think will prevail and win it all. The Seattle Seahawks demonstrating how much fire and tenacity they have by that incredible comeback win in the NFC Championship game against the Green Bay Packers. Showing the nation they are by no means ready to relinquish their championship title from last year. Then there are the New England Patriots… wow! What can be said about them? Perennial champions, but, oops, we've got controversy again, with "deflate gate". This team is incredible, but the allegations of cheating always loom over this franchise making them look bad in the public eye and making them a team that's not trustworthy or likable despite their talent. Nevertheless, this is an intriguing matchup, promising to be one of the most talked about Super Bowls in sometime. I'm not going to give you my pick ‘til next week. I've got to think more about it, but for now I will give you my prediction about the halftime entertainment. Katy Perry will be great and will offer up some awesome eye candy. A sweet relevant artist. I applaud the NFL for their great choice for halftime. She will be fun!
