20 years of 610 The Sports Animal! The station will celebrate with our annual birthday bash Friday August 8th at County Line BBQ. I can not wait for an afternoon full of great conversation and food. As someone who is growing everyday in talk radio I take pride in bringing solid local coverage and analysis. It's all for the listeners who are made up of Lobos, Aggies and everything in between. Because of the listeners 610 has been able to rock for 20 years and the train is not slowing down. This birthday bash has to be the biggest in terms of giving back to you, the listener and crossing barriers to help out kids. We will have plenty to give away from Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns autographed gear. The raffle is what has me excited. All proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls ranches of New Mexico. The raffle features legendary MLB memorabilia and Lobo merchandise. David Jubb and Mike Trujillo will be broadcasting the Sports Bar live starting at 3 p.m. UFC fighters, television and radio hosts are all set to drop by. Plus so much more.
